As a person centred counsellor, I believe that people can find their own positive solutions to their problems with the right support.  The relationship I would provide is based on trust, respect and a non-judgemental approach to every individual.

I have worked with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds with differring levels of distress, anxiety and mental health problems.  I have worked with a wide range of client issues including bereavement and loss, stress and anxiety, relationships, abuse, low self-esteem, sexuality.

I work with adults and older teenagers and have experience and an understanding of working with autism.

As a counsellor, I will work with whatever you bring as a client. Counselling is a personal relationship between people and requires mutual trust, openness and honesty.
