My name is Caroline Eglinton and I am a qualified counsellor, holding a diploma in therapeutic counselling. I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and have attained their certificate of profficiency.  I abide by the BACP's ethical framework for good practice.

As a person centred counsellor, I believe that people can find their own positive solutions to their problems with the right support.  The relationship I would provide is based on trust, respect and a non-judgemental approach to every individual.

I have worked with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds with differring levels of distress, anxiety and mental health problems.  I have worked with a wide range of client issues including bereavement and loss, stress and anxiety, relationships, abuse, low self-esteem, sexuality.

I work with adults and older teenagers and have experience and an understanding of working with autism.

As a counsellor, I will work with whatever you bring as a client. Counselling is a personal relationship between people and requires mutual trust, openness and honesty. Feel free to call me on 07510 304700, where you can ask any questions you may have regarding your counselling needs.

I see clients face to face in Olney or via zoom or FaceTime.
